Interested in pilgrimage in Scotland?

There are pilgrimage routes all over Scotland, from the Shetland Islands in the far north to Whithorn in South West Scotland. 

Start your walk on Iona in the west and go across the country to St. Andrews on the east coast of Fife. 

Walk from Melrose through Northumberland and south to Lindisfarne, you can find out about all the pilgrim routes in Scotland from the Scottish Pilgrim Routes Forum at https://www.sprf.org.uk/

Guildford Cathedral is well worth a visit and after, or before, you go into the cathedral, pay a visit to their cafe and gift shop. 

In 2008, Holy Socks went to the Lambeth Conference in Canterbury.

We'll be going back this year and are very much looking forward to it.

Holy Socks have been sold in Cathedral and church shops since the early days. 

Our first Cathedral and Church Shops Association trade fair was in Lincoln and we've since attended the event in i.a. Hereford, Bury St. Edmunds, Hexham, Shrewsbury and Lincoln again.  

It's always an enjoyable event and Holy Socks are sold in cathedrals up and down the country.

We've been to many Christian Resources Exhibitions and have enjoyed them all. 

We've had well know visitors and lots of folk who just want to show off their Holy Socks.

Remembering a year ago. 

We were very pleased to be able to attend this event and thoroughly enjoyed meeting the volunteers, organisers and delegates in Newcastle Cathedral. 

Such an interesting conference and can almost taste those lovely cakes. 

Marvelous city and had a great time. 

When's the next one?

Glory Golf Balls were born in Exeter while putting our stand together at the Christian Resources Exhibition at the Westpoint Arena. 

I was on my knees laminating posters and my husband was up a ladder putting the poster round the top of the stand when I uttered these legendary words: "I know what we're going to do next. Glory Golf Balls."  It's surprising that my husband didn't fall off the ladder.
